• Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and direct the work of technicians and other workshop staff
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
• Scheduling and Planning: Manage work schedules to ensure that jobs are completed on time
• This includes planning workloads, assigning tasks, and balancing resources
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work to ensure repairs and services meet industry standards and customer expectations
• Conduct inspections and provide feedback to technicians
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide estimates for repairs, and ensure exceptional customer service
• Assist in explaining the nature of repairs and associated costs to customers
• Estimates and Quotations: Help in preparing accurate repair estimates and quotations
• Review vehicle diagnostics and repair needs to provide clear and detailed cost estimates to customers
• Parts Management: Oversee the ordering and management of parts and supplies

• Deliver quality motor vehicle service standards within the set turnaround times and according to company regulations
• Detect and diagnose faults in engines and parts of all vehicle brands, repairing and replacing worn and defective parts
• Proficiently use Diagnostic Tools and Equipment to diagnose faults, interpret findings, and maximise service quality
• Disassembling and reassembling mechanical components
• Diagnose and service automotive electronic components
• Test and adjust mechanical parts for optimal performance, ensuring thorough quality assessments
• Carry out WOF inspections
