• I am currently employed at Guzman y Gomez, where I have developed extra strong customer service, teamwork, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment. While I value this role, I am seeking a more consistent position that offers increased and regular working hours, allowing me to further build my experience, reliability, and contribution within a workplace. I am motivated, adaptable, and eager to take on additional responsibilities as part of a committed team.

Working with McDonald’s we learnt to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while consistently serving customers plus maintaining professionalism and efficiency. Accurately processed customer orders using POS systems, handled cash and EFTPOS transactions with responsibility, and ensured all food and beverage items met company standards. Maintained a clean and organised front counter and dining area, supported team members during peak periods, and contributed to a positive, productive workplace environment. Recognised for reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
