- Help residents with mobility, including transferring, positioning, and using assistive devices.
- Monitor and record residents' physical conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by maintaining hygiene and infection control practices
- rovide companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Assist residents with social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Support residents' families by offering updates on their loved ones' condition and involving them in care plans.
