• Maintained and organised club documentation such as membership lists
• Collaborated with the club president and treasurer to align administrative processes with event planning
• Maintained accurate records of meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items for distribution to members and executive committee
• Supported planning and logistics for club events
• Ensured committee members obtained relevant training for respective offices.

As part of a student-led initiative, identified a home for children with special needs. Twice a week would pay them a visit to play with and care for them. Helped organise a fundraiser for the institution.
