  • Responsible for the delivery of all conversion focussed marketing activities aimed at acquiring new customers, in the Residential broadband division.
  • Key responsibilities in my role included: Looking after all of our prospect journeys to acquire new customers.
  • Being the lead for all Direct Mail requirements in the Consumer division.
  • Being the lead for any events in the Consumer division, executing events in our division as and when they come up.
  • Working very closely with the Marketing Lead for Acquisition to deliver joint up campaigns focussing on awareness and conversion, working with our media agency to deliver these campaigns.
  • Working closely with our Installed Base marketing team to share learnings from our existing customers.
  • Key achievements include: Being a proactive member in our Pride@Zen network, pulling off a great Pride day for Pride Month and some filming in Manchester for LGBT+ History Month.
  • Pulling off the CityFibre nationwide marketing launch with our media agency in over 40 new cities.

  • Responsible for the delivery of all forms of ‘traditional marketing’ for the business.
  • Key responsibilities in this role included: Being the point of call for all in-store marketing collateral for both our flagship & mini stores, Producing our monthly Direct Mail content and organising distribution to thousands of homes.
  • Working closely with our media agency to ensure all tactical & OOH brand campaigns were deployed in a timely and efficient manor Working closely with the PR & Social teams to deliver customer and influencer facing events.
  • Assisting & working collaboratively with the Digital Marketing team on projects where necessary.
  • Proactively took on board the digital screens project in Habitat stores, bringing these to life with new & exciting content.
  • Being the Habitat lead for the Network Voice workstream within the Proud@Sainsbury’s LGBT+ network and being a part of the UK wide campaign for Pride Month.

  • Being in a company with only 4 employees meant I had a lot of influence and input into the direction of the brand, also having grown most of the brands social channels considerably in my time in the company.
  • Managing all Social Media output and content creation, including copywriting.
  • Managing our twice-weekly email newsletter, all customer service enquiries for the brand, organising and overseeing events for our popular Dr Sam’s Skincare Club event series and managing my own Marketing and Digital Marketing projects for the brand, including launching our Affiliate Marketing programme.

  • Key achievements included executing a quick turnaround Christmas in-store VM activity to a very high standard without sufficient team members to support.
  • Managing the two VM budgets successfully for the whole fiscal year, which led to being personally commended for this hard work and commitment, winning a quarterly internal employee award.
