  • • Work closely with 7 other functional directors to jointly lead ACS to achieve its strategic 5-year goal to IPO /Sale
  • • Lead ACS sales team, team development and capability building, sales process, sales strategy & implementation, infrastructure building to facilitate sales.
  • • Directly work with current and future clients in target market segment to generate sales and profit.
  • • Set in place a new/new business strategy working in alternative vertical markets to mitigate risk and reliance on existing market which account for 82% of the current business
  • Achievements to date:
  • • Developed and implemented new CRM (Monday.com) into ACS
  • • Developed and introduced new quotes system to allow a professional approach in the market
  • • Guided team to increase GP margin by 4% YOY by promoting margin integrity

  • • Pivotal in building a brand-new solution for Kmart as their DC moved from Auckland to Hamilton. Worked with key stakeholders being KiwiRail, Port of Auckland and Port of Tauranga, Ruakura Inland Port, COSCO, CMA CGM and Maersk.
  • • Managing circa $20m revenues
  • • Won over $1m in brand new business with Frucor Suntory exports shipments
  • • Managed Nexus brand integrity, marketing, LinkedIn, and sponsorships. Collaborated and formed a new partnership with Cure Kids.
