  • A senior employee completing a routine task was involved in a serious incident requiring emergency requiring hospitalisation and regulator involvement within the first week of my engagement
  • I undertook a systematic review of work practices and completely re-engineered the way of working to mitigate further risk
  • Fostered greater collaboration between business units by increasing the profile of the facility
