• Soley establishing and carrying out the Landscape/Earthworks division of Vision Project Services. (Design, budget, installation).
• Consulting with clients professionally, earning their trust and confidence prior and throughout projects.
• Comprehensive estimate of material, machine, labor cost, and sub contractors. Ensuring projects come in on budget. (Up to $115,000).
• Rendered 3D computer-aided design (CAD) to produce images and video of what the completed project will look like, and to achieve precise estimates.
• Sourcing and ordering of materials.
• Installation and completion of high end landscape/hardscape projects including paver patios, artificial turf putting greens, stone retaining walls, stone stairs, large caliper trees, irrigation systems, cut/fill excavation, drainage systems. focusing on timeline, quality and budget.

• Maintaining bobcat and mini excavator equipment.
