
I am a university student with a love of learning new things, and am passionate with group work. I have work experiences ranging from developing individualized lesson plans as a maths and physics tutor, and cultivating my communication skills while volunteering at a physiotherapy clinic. Throughout my interactions with children, teenagers and healthcare professionals, I have developed a better understanding of what it means to respect, have empathy, and the value of responsibility regardless of my position in a group.
During my experience as a Physics and Maths tutor, I was challenged on numerous occasions, as I had accepted clients from various ages and taught in both groups and one-to-one. Overtime, I had to create my own strategies through my efforts for my students to yield their best possible outcomes while still minimising stress, such as:
I had volunteered at a physiotherapy clinic for 6 months during 2025, where I had the privilege to assist in cleaning its facilities and equipment and printing important documents. I was further educated on important websites for client management, and developed a love for working as a team that is not just limited to healthcare scenarios.
