During my volunteer work at Children's Ground, I was in charge of creating thank-you cards for the company's continuous donors. By doing this I was able to help out the staff in a tedious but rewarding task to lower their workload and provide service. I showed my leadership at Children's Ground by stepping up to help a community that isn't very well known or spoken about.
