Volunteered at a candle business called First Flame, contributing to market setup, candle production, and managing social media platforms while ensuring friendly and sincere customer interactions. i made sure to maintain clean, neat, and positive workspace for my employer, customers, and myself. I communicated with my employer to stay informed about what i had done and how the sales were going, I left with valuable knowledge, experiences and how to deal with stressful situations with customers i had a very positive work space and my time with the business was very fulfilling and i left with lessons for the future that have helped pave the way to making me who i am now. I am a very reliable employee and make sure to help every customer have the most positive experience and treat the same way no matter looks or attitude.
