Through this job I manage multiple social media platforms, specifically Instagram, Facebook and our public website, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message, encouraging keen players from across the state to participate within the club as either a player or supporters, promoting content to increase interaction with our specific sponsors.

I have also monitored online presence of company's brand to engage with users, ensuring that the club and its social media pages have the widest possible reach in order to generate the largest amounts of donations and interest with the club.

Throughout my time in this position i have assisted in the increasing of player skill levels with the implementation of targeted drills and practice sessions, catering to a wide range of skill levels and understandings.

As well, I have continuously promoted sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive attitudes among athletes both on and off the field.

My coaching style is based on individual learning preferences of athletes for more effective instruction leading better understanding key concepts techniques required optimal performance.

In addition, I communicate with a range of parents and teachers in order to ensure each and every student was able to receive the most catered and specific assistance to allow them to have the greatest development within the sport.

Throughout this job I oversaw successful execution of technical cues during live performances, ensuring seamless transitions between scenes, while organising both young children and older students in order to ensure the necessary cues were met and well organised.

I was able to work well in a fast paced, consistency changing environment, finding fast and effective solutions to a wide range of problems and difficulties on and off stage.

I was also able to manage and organise resources effectively, ensuring timely setup and breakdown of stage equipment and effective collection of props and costumes.

Through my position as the 2023 GSV Hockey Captain at St Catherine's School, I had to opportunity to assist in the running of training sessions for the more experienced players in both the seniors and inters hockey teams, helping more skilled players to continue to develop and improve their skills

Additionally, for the seniors team, I was involved in the discussions of game plans for match days, as well as running warm-ups and drills before matches, encouraging and organising both my peers and those younger and older than I was
