• Thorough cleaning of rooms, filling minibar
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas.
• Working in team environment to achieve daily time frames and goals.
• Respond to guest requests for assistance, extra toiletries, etc.
• Inspecting rooms to ensure correct housecleaning standards, check for missing or damaged items, report outstanding problems to management.

During the Covid-19 pandemic I performed both the Receptionist and Housekeeping duties as and when required due to reduced customer numbers.

• Guest check-in and check-out.
• Taking reservations via booking sites, telephone and in person.
• Preparing invoices, taking cash and credit card customer payments.
• Booking tours and organising transport for customers.
• Dealing with customer complaints and solving problems that may arise.
• Inspecting rooms to ensure correct housecleaning standards, check for missing or damaged items, report outstanding problems to management.
• Housekeeping duties, including: making beds, cleaning floors, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, restocking room of all supplies including minibar.
