Hospitality is recognized as one of the most dynamic and interesting industries in the world. My goal in the next six years is to be a special part of this industry as an executive chef in an international restaurant and hotel system. In order to achieve the best performance, I have challenged myself in various environments and positions to discover my limitations and strengths.
