Within the Projects Department of the loading arm activity, I'm the contact between the client and the company throughout the duration of the project execution.

Responsible for the following main missions:
- Ensure communication with customers and third parties, for an effective progress of projects and the success of our customers,
- Check the alignment of customer specifications and internal specification, negotiate variations with customers, ensure compliance and quality,
- Plan projects, coordinate their execution with internal services, to meet our contractual deadlines,
- Facilitate contract review and design meetings,
- Apply and enforce contracts and internal processes,
- Monitor costs and budget, to maintain or improve margins,
- Monitor / trigger billings for the terms of orders and their recovery,
- Establish the financial and technical report at the end of the project.

Monitoring the replacement of fire detection system within the Channel Tunnel between France and the UK, and in different buildings on site :

- Need analysis

- Risk analysis

- Budget and planning prevision

- Technical specifications writing

- Offer analysis and contractor choice
