    Onboarding/offboarding users and devices:

    Collaborated with IT and security teams to create comprehensive checklists for user and device onboarding/offboarding, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and improving operational efficiency.

Microsoft Intune Implementation:

Configured a custom domain name for Intune tenant, added users and created groups in Intune. Managed licenses, roles and granted admin permissions for Intune, as well as added, configured and protected Apps with Intune, moreover, enrolled devices and assigned policies on both users and devices

Azure Backup and recovery:

Implemented backup as a service in Azure for VM Instances and Databases. Created recovery service vault, and enabled backup configuration for all instances and DB’s. Once the backup is done deleted the original instances and used the restored backup to retain the instances back

Disaster recovery

Created and implemented DR activity in test environment to make the resources available in target location if any failure occurs, furthermore, implemented failover routing to the machines in two different regions
