In all of my previous workplaces, I tend to get a reputation for being able to work with everyone. I enjoy figuring out what motivates people, finding common ground and getting things done. I am also good at maintaining clean work stations with proof of paperwork, helping create a calm and enjoyable environment for all of my clients at a high standard, under great pressure. I have an understanding of quality and finesse of food & beverage to detailing and cleaning aboard a luxury yacht. These skills have given me a better perspective on the ins and outs of service to perfect standards and helping me be an efficient communicator from chef to guest or captain to private owner.
