• Monitoring and maintenance of all the computer hardware and network connections.
• Monitoring the occurrence of any bugs into the system.
• Checking and reporting about any hardware or software malfunctions, and sorting data into peripheral devices.

• Provide level 1 technical support to the end users via phone, emails or designated means of communications and assist in remote troubleshooting for Windows, iOS or proprietary programs via Team Viewer.
• Troubleshoot BOYD devices network issues across multiple platforms – iOS, MacOS and Windows and Android.
• Install and maintain physical hardware peripherals in new systems.
• Create tickets, resolve and close tickets. Escalate tickets internally to RF department or other if required and follow up.
• Provide necessary basic training to new employees.
• Prepare reports and presentations on daily basis.
• Work cohesively in a team of 20 to 25 team member at once for the achievement of common goal, that is customer satisfaction.
