• Class Data Integration project is mainly intended to bring a User Interface to help School Teachers to create class and manage the same all in one place. By using Class dashboard, Teachers will be able to create a class with required roll classes, add students/staffs, add class content with resources related to their Learning area and topics they require. They can publish a class in two platforms – Google classroom and Microsoft Teams.

• Project scope is to perform functional testing on Selective High School Placement Process Application on various browsers – Chrome, Safari, MS Edge and Firefox across Android and Apple devices such as Surface book, Mac book, iPhone, iPad, Samsung Tab and mobile.

Factory of the Future – Kaiser Permanente Health Insurance (Sep 2017 – Feb 2020)

• Project scope is to automate and validate the various processes such as creating & Onboarding members, finding doctors from various location, scheduling appointments with PCP/Non- PCP, E-visits, bill processing & payments for Kaiser Permanente customers.
• Automated 400+ scripts using UFT for regression suite for KP health connect portal. Perform functional testing & Integration testing between Front end UI Health connect portal and Back End Mainframe based health connect application.
• Derive ratings and reviews for designated doctors from source system using Informatica and populate the same on KP health connect page. Perform ETL testing on doctors and hospital location related data and validate the updates on Front end UI.

• Automated 1000+ complex scripts using UFT which reduced manual effort of 10 mins/test case to 2 mins/test case

AIMS Customer Adoption – Cigna Health Insurance (Sep 2015 – Feb 2016)

• Project scope is to process a claim for various doctor visits, calculate the claim amount based on the benefit plan of members and generate the bill in PDF format to member as well as physician.
• Worked in core projects such as creating members with different benefit plans, processing claims based on deductible/Co-insurance/Maximum limits, validation of inbound and outbound transactions. Performed functional, Integration, User Acceptance Testing for the changes and enhancements related to above processes.
• Worked on complex calculation by exhausting member’s benefit plan balance to process paper/electronic claims.
