- Supporting for Xtrapolis 2.0 project at Dandenong site in Australia for Takt time optimization from 12 days takt to 3 days takt.
- Taking Lead from CoE Tooling front for Barcelona Site to create offsite design support opportunity for industrial tool design. Managed team of 3 design engineers (functional report) and onboarded 3rd party resource for bringing plan in action. Project supported – Renfe (Spain), KLN Citadis (Germany), CFL (Luxembourg).
- Took lead for initial tooling implementation and planning strategy for manufacturing of DMRC ph-4 metro train project.
- Supported for tender phase estimation for Industrial tooling for various projects. Notable winning: IR EMU 100 trainset order (Vande Bharat Express).
- Supported for tool design for bogie frame manufacturing for Xtrapolis 2.0 project for Le Creusot site.
- Supported as apprentice for Tooling project management for Melbourne Xtrapolis 2.0 project.
- Supported at Sri city for coordinating with supplier for troubleshooting of semi automatic P2P changeover at smartline jigs.
- Took lead for creation of official procedure for COE tooling (first time creation). To be implemented at Global level in Alstom.
- Supported for tool design for various projects including Perth Metronet (Fittings Scope), WAG 12 E-Loco (Slope roof update and custom tools for Saharanpur depot) and NAT (Transport Jig).
