- Checking order list for every outlet and doing production and ordering according to it while minimizing waste.
- Preparing breakfast items like croissants,danish, muffin, tea cake etc , as well pie, quiche and different cake with different icing according to standard.
- Checking oven and baking the items as well sending them to packaging room.
- Doing bread production as well like sour bread, bugget, brioche, multi grain etc. by following standard recipes.
