Leading temporary and permanent recruitment strategy for Aurecon's NSW/ACT region across Land and Water, Project Services and Enterprise service groups.


My role requires me to deliver both high volume and executive search level recruitment. The roles I recruit include and are not limited to:

  • Senior, Principal and Lead Engineers (Water Specialist)

  • Enterprise - Digital, Finance and Legal


My role requires me to:

  • Build strong, credible relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, critical stakeholders and partners across the business and to operate as a trusted advisor and talent subject matter expert
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies with hiring managers, employees, and the wider People Team.
  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle using Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Broadbean, and Seek.
  • Lead/participate in recurring recruitment update meetings with hiring managers on a weekly and Monthly basis. Communicating Strategy, reporting and results to Practice Leads and Service Group Leads (Leadership Teams)
  • Driving a number of new Diversity initiatives across the practice and region.

Korn Ferry is an RPO provider to NBNCO – an Australian government-owned corporation tasked to design, build, and operate Australia's National Broadband Network as a Monopoly wholesale broadband provider.


As a Recruitment Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Professional in the team, I supported our Customer Products and Marketing (CPM), Corporate, Regional Development and Engagement (RDE), Chief Data Office (CDO), Technical, Transformation and Projects (Field Services & Grad) Teams with Strategic and Senior / Executive hires as weall as Volume Recruitment.


I was accountable for facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process by implementing strategic sourcing strategies, providing key insights and quality candidates across a wide range of business units.


Day to Day:

  • Partnered with hiring managers to run deep dive analysis on recruitment requirements to provide a proactive solution to their hiring needs.
  • Proactively manage end to end recruitment lifecycle i.e. Job brief to Onboarding
  • Advertising roles through various job boards including Workday Internal, nbn Career's website and LinkedIn.
  • CV screening high volume candidate applications
  • Screening and delivering strong proactive candidate pipelines along with recommendations and a strong shortlisting experience.
  • Conducting indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimisation and proactive development of talent pools.
  • Designing and facilitating recruitment events for volume intakes i.e., Field Services and Grad Recruitment.
  • Presenting LinkedIn and industry insights to educate and consult hiring managers.
  • Facilitating and working with background check and reference check providers to ensure they are cleared, and exemptions are sought where required.

  • Acting as a mentor to sourcing consultants across other Korn Ferry Accounts.
