Raising funds for charities by participating in community walks

i have been participating in cancel council charity walks like city to surf and seven bridge walk since 2009 to raise funds for the cancer research. also being Diabetic for 20+ years participated in all fund raising event for Diabetes Australia plus encourage all age group family and friends to be part of the walk.
