- Demonstrated the skills to assist residents in their daily activities of living
- Delivering the person-centered care according to their individualized care plan as well as communicating the care needs of the residents to the authorized person
- Performing the care by using correct manual handling and obtaining the manual handling trainings as per the workplace policies for continuous improvement and enhancement in knowledge and skills
- Monitoring the patient's wellbeing, anything changes reporting it to the EN/RN
- Participate and update all the monthly/annually education sessions as required by the facility
- Maintain accurate and confidential resident documentation system
- Reporting any hazards, falls, near miss incidents or inappropriate behaviors according to the organization's reporting procedures
- Managing time and planning the care to the residents and communicate with the team members provide the quality of care.
