• Operationalised group crisis and business continuity across covering 28 National and 6 International offices.
• Ensured full compliance for all entities against Annual Compliance determinations (per National Law, Housing Acts).
• Strongly advocated and lobbied to register a VIC specific community housing entity, and to bring an independent identity for Australia's largest Indigenous housing entity by taking off the subsidiary status from CHL group.
• Supervising, mentoring, and managing team of seven.
