• My focus is to maximize our occupancy target through the combined execution of proactive admission activities, sales forecasting & strategic planning

• I also work closely with key stakeholders such as Aged Care assessors, social workers, hospitals, allied health providers and local communities to foster new opportunities to generate new leads
