Reporting to the GM Commercial Services lead the Product Management and Marketing function for the MYER one/ Macquarie co-branded Myer credit card program
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and guiding cross functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment to deliver MYER one credit card product objectives while aligning with the MYER one overall marketing strategy.
- Delivered a series of new product features as a part of the delivery train. to achieve the development and deliver for he new Credit Card Program delivering a variety of business benefits inluing increasing ID verification participation
- Manged product P&L performance to collaborate with key stakeholders on developing initiatives to improve overall profitability of the program.
- Responsible for monitoring market trends for the development of new products, features and benefits (considering the competitive context, strategic capabilities, MYER one member desirability and the ability to execute long-term, sustainable growth
).
- Developed short- and long-range MYER one Credit Card product plans, value propositions including customer journeys, pricing models, contracts and product roadmaps.
- Developed, evaluated and prioritised business cases for new business and product opportunities, and builds business models to substantiate the opportunity and 'size of the prize'.
- Delivered against financial results set in annual operating plans and objectives.
- Successfully managed an entire product lifecycle from concept to launch & end of life, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.
- Identifies challenges and roadblocks, developing creative solutions to mitigate risks to keep product development on track.
Achievements:
- Co-managed new credit card implementation and built an operational model between Myer and Macqaurie Bank.
- Developed new marketing process to align with MYER one customer journey to support and establish new acquisitions and retention.
- Acquired 20% growth on exiting customer base
