Summary

I have been a Classroom Teacher (secondary) since 2000 to 2012 holding physical education teacher position in Sri Lanka. Since 2012, I joined with Qatar foundation as a sports and recreation coordinator in recreation department under sports and recreation community directorate. after finished successfully 36 months period i Joined back to Sri lanka teacher's service as a physical education teacher and assistant principal in U B Wanninayake national school Galgamuwa. since 2019 i appointed as a assistant principal in sumangala national school and I got transfer as a assistant principal to Kumbukwewa junior school nikaweratiya. Since 2019, I enrolled in Bachelor of education Degree at National Institute of Education Sri Lanka. since 2020 I promoted as a principal in Sri Lanka Principal Service. I have successfully completed my career as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal for 23 years and got talented experience in related period in education sector.Also I graduated in 2023 and arrived to Australia for further education. I enrolled to the volleyball victoria and I have taken Level 2 volleyball referee Licence after successfully completing theory and practical test. also i have taken community cricket umpire licence too after completed of cricket umpire theory and practical test in cricket victoria. Organizational leader and educational administrator offering 20 years of experience as physical education teacher for elementary school leadership. Exercises honed competencies in development, implementation and execution of performance-enhancing programs. Outstanding skills in parent communication, conflict resolution and staff management.
