  • This included navigating heavy issues such as suicidal ideation, self-harm, as well as the correct handling of reported issues child abuse and endangerment
  • While at PANDSI, I was responsible for the creation, planning, and implementation of recovery focused programs designed to enhance maternal wellbeing
  • For example, Chillaxing was a program that combined therapeutic activities with group counselling and peer support
  • I was also responsible for the facilitation of this group and training volunteer support workers
  • I was responsible for maintaining the case management of mothers in my care
  • This involved ensuring that case files were kept up to date and all scheduled appointments were followed up and adhered to
