Ultra-low-dose PET Reconstruction Through Diffusion Method

- During my research at the University of Sydney, I focused on the reconstruction of ultra-low-dose PET medical images, designed a research plan, and conducted data pre-processing, method validation, optimization, and result testing. This project will develop a high-efficiency pipeline for reconstructing PET medical images. I will complete an academic paper with this project, and aim to publish it on top computer journals.

LighTDiff: Surgical Endoscopic Image Low-Light Enhancement with T-Diffusion

- I developed a method aiming at enhancing low-light condition surgical-image, which resolved the problems of current methods: bad performance, and low speed. Our outstanding method has a new architecture, it can enhance low-light condition surgical-image well with only less time taken. This project's paper has been accepted by MICCAI 2024.

Method of detecting and segmenting Liver Nodules from End-to-end

- Main developer
- In the MLMR lab, I participated in the project of developing an end-to-end method of detecting and segmenting liver nodules from background medical images. In my work, I assisted the team in finishing method validation and testing, ablation tests, data analysis, and cross-validations. During my work, I developed a pipeline procedure to conduct highly efficient tests which allowed our team to visualize multiple experiment data and results.
