Summary

I strive to become a selected Diesel Fitter at KOMATSU in 2026. I am dedicated to acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as a tradesman. My commitment is demonstrated through comments I received from the Mackay Engineering College staff, and 100% attendance record. I shall successfully complete the program in 2025. Having gained exposure to a diverse range of skills including engine rebuilds, welding, fitting, and machining, I look forward to building on my skills.

As a team player, I understand the importance of fully completing a quality job, including cleaning up.

Through extra work experience at multiple workshops and exposure to other trades during my senior schooling, I believe i have what it takes to be a future apprentice. I am hardworking and have an easy going nature, so can comfortably fit in a team environment, or once trained I can reliability work on my own. I possess an eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety in all aspects of life.

I am respectful, open to feedback, and continuously strive for improvement. Please consider myself a candidate for this job.

Camping, staying fit, fishing and photography is how i spend my free time.
