- I care for my Labrador Kelpie cross, Nala; my deaf rescue cat, Blaze; my two guinea pigs, Hammie and Papa; and my two Eastern Green Tree frogs, Freddo and Pepe.
- I feed my dog and cat twice daily, my guide pigs once daily, and my frogs every three days. I make sure they all have fresh water.
- I clean the cat litter and my yard each day, and I clean out the guinea pig cage and replace the bedding once a week.
- I walk my dog every day for 30 minutes, and play with the guinea pigs and the cat for positive stimulation.
- I monitored my dog throughout walks to avoid obstacles, dangerous situations, and confrontations with other problematic dogs.
- I make sure I manage our pet supplies and go shopping with mum at Pet Barn when we need to stock up. The frogs need fresh crickets each week so I go every Tuesday evening with my carer to purchase these.
