• Learned tasks required through training in a timely manner to maximize performance
• Maintaining OH&S standard cleaning throughout areas of the establishment.

Duties included:

• Answering questions about products and new stock with up to date knowledge of sales and promotions
• Promoting steady revenue & growth of product through positive customer interactions
• Uses excellent verbal skills via phone, computer and face to face to engage in conversation with customers and determine needs and requirements effectively
• Drove sales up through suggestive selling and promoting add-on purchases.
