I have an interest in baking especially pastries. Therefore, when I have free time, sometimes I make pastries or cakes by myself at home. I watch many videos on Youtube to figure out how to make it and practice more. Not only that, I explore by accessing some websites to learn more knowledge and skills in this field. Because of the elasticity of the dough, its softness, beauty, various shapes that lead me to passion in baking. Beside, I know if making pastries, it will take long time to wait for it proves but I am definitely happy with it even fell excited to archive results.
Since I was young, I have had a hobby for working in kitchen. Before found passion in baking, I used to be in my own food business during Covid-19 disease in Vietnam. Addition, I usually cook traditional food and serve my lovely family. After, I realized that I feel really awesome when I can serve my customers all goods that I made. That time I determined I am interested in FOH.
