- I used to work as vice school captain at an old high school in Vietnam.
- I was trained and worked in the field of human resource management and event organization. I have been honored to be entrusted with the primary responsibility of organizing an extracurricular activity for the school.
- My team and I organized and ran the school's large and small programs such as the beginning of term, ending of term, graduation, and so on.
- I learned how to build the ability of observing and learning from others.
- Human resource management: managed team of members, overseeing casting, training and professional growth of new members.
- Developed and maintained courteous and effective working relationships.
- Collaborated with team members to achieve target results.
- Used coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule of the school event.
- Developed time management, leadership, and specially confident in public speaking.
- My skills in software have also improved significantly such as microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.
