I have over 12 years of experience working in various field and office-based roles in the Oil & Gas industry, including over 7 years at Origin Energy. I started my career working on offshore rigs as a Field Engineer for Schlumberger which has allowed me to gain a tremendous amount of exposure to rig operations and site safety management. At Origin Energy, I worked in various teams from Drilling, Completions & Workover to Production currently. Besides my day-to-day responsibilities as a Senior Production Engineer, I have focused on three key areas – well integrity, rod pump technology and production uplift projects. I am passionate about driving continuous improvements and looking for optimization opportunities. Senior Production Engineer

- Well optimization to maximize production and deliver production target for the Asset.
- Lead brownfield projects to debottleneck production, increase mean-time-to-failure (MTTF), reduce mean-time-to-return (MTTR) and lower opex. This includes leading a multi-disciplinary team from Engineers to site team to execute projects safely and within budget.
- Support workover and project budget build each financial year.
- Lead well integrity for RCCP Asset which includes reporting of incidents, leading investigations and ensuring compliance to Industry Standards. I also developed Origin's CSG Subsurface Corrosion Management Plan.
- Subsurface rod pump SME – optimization of wells operating with rod pumps, budget planning, candidate selection for future installs and building overall strategy for rod pumps to increase MTTF for low water rate wells. It also includes coaching of Production Engineers in operating with RRP.
- Ensure wells within Asset are compliant against HCA requirements.
