- During my internship, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of agricultural management and cooperative operations
- My primary responsibilities included; Assisted senior staff in daily administrative tasks and operations of the cooperative
- Conducted market research on agricultural products to support decision-making processes
- Participated in field visits to member farms to observe and learn about local farming practices
- Developed a cost-effective fertilization plan for smallholder farmers to optimize crop yields and minimize input costs
- Analyzed soil samples and researched local fertilization practices in collaboration with agronomists
- Prepared monthly financial reports on sales and expenses to support budget management and financial sustainability
- Gained insights into cooperative principles and their role in promoting community development and agricultural sustainability
- Enhanced skills in data analysis, project management, and teamwork within a dynamic agricultural environment.
