RACHAEL JANE ERNST

22 The Grove, Watanobbi,NSW

Summary

I believe that the best way for children to learn is through play. By allowing children to have periods of time where they can explore, collaborate, communicate, use their imaginations and be themselves will help build a sense of belonging and create a foundation for further learning.

My role is to ensure every child has access to an environment that is safe, provides trust, caters to children’s individuality, is inclusive and provides opportunities for autonomy, resilience, wonder, exploration and fun so that children can flourish and become capable young learners.
