  • Children's Cancer Institute is a not-for-profit research organisation dedicated to curing childhood cancer.
  • My role Involved me managing customers who gave to the charity on a monthly basis - approximately 6,000 customers.
  • Developed and managed strategies to acquire/reactivate, value manage and retain CCI’s monthly giving base.
  • Managed our acquisition and retention campaigns from concept creation to creative management, data analysis and budget planning.
  • Worked closely with our in-house customer services team to ensure all campaign related queries, feedback and donations were dealt with to the highest standard possible, giving each customer the most positive donor experience, in turn increasing our donor lifetime value and ROI.
  • Data analysis and business decision making for the regular giving campaign was also a large component of my work at CCI. By working closely with our data team, I was able to build bespoke reports which allowed us to monitor ongoing results and insights, in turn allowing us to make the best decisions for our donors and strategy.
