I am a small business owner who oversees every facet of the business with strong management and decision-making skills. I have been able to learn on the job when expertise is needed in many different fields. I am a creative thinker enabling me to be a good problem solver. I am able to work well in a team while also having a well tested ability to work independently.
In 2009 I went on maternity leave working part time as a relief manager.
