I believe I am a reliable operator. I can work under my own initiative, and I can do my job to a high standard. I am capable of planning and prioritizing duties, and I can manage my time efficiently to ensure deadlines are met. I can also adapt quickly to change, and I can learn quite fast to keep up with the companies' and machinery's needs. Throughout my time operating, I have proven capable of taking on full responsibility for my machine and can acknowledge the safety of myself and others around me. During my time at various sites, I see myself as easy to be in company with, and I can work well on a team, as well as working on my own initiative. As well as having a Cert IV in health and safety, I take health and safety very seriously on a construction site and always make sure to look out for myself and my work colleagues.
