This role is responsible for the design and production of all Marketing for the promotion of the brand across all media channels, digital, stores and internal/external communications.
• Develop seasonal digital marketing plans in conjunction with the Managing Director Sussan and Digital Manager (where relevant) to drive sales and conversion.
• Manage strategic PR opportunities with PR agency, including development of relationships with key media, influencers and social media.
• Oversee execution of PR events including seasonal PR launches, communications, ensuring all aspects of events are on brand and approved by the Managing Director.
• Lead & Manage social content strategy & execution.
• Design of any creative elements for the site ensuring they are on brand.
• Work effectively with all departments maintaining open communication on branding requests, e.g.: packaging, labelling, invites, websites, emails.
• Manage the design and execution of all advertising and creative material.
• In conjunction with the National VM Manager where relevant, manage the Visual Merchandise process developing timings for despatch for each window installation and sign off retouching for all printing.
• Effective management and co-ordination of all advertising and marketing photography.
• Negotiate the best rates with all suppliers for the shoot including working with agents
• Management of shoot budget and reconciliation post shoot.
• Ensure all content captured is fit for purpose (motion or stills) and aligns with marketing brief presented to creative agency
•Lead the VIP & CRM strategy across the Brand including all implementation and execution
• Drive the Sussan VIP program campaigns and VIP customer communication.
• Manage Marketing budget, track/submit all department invoices and monitor expenses
