· Supporting a team of 9 Business Development Managers
· Preparing correspondence and presentation material for the NSW/ACT Sales team and Regional Sales Manager
· Running sales reporting using Power BI, ARM and snapshot

· Staying up to date on company products and services to provide top-notch expertise to advisers.
· Processed member and adviser requests such as Advice fees, Direct debits, S290's, Binding nominations etc.
· Completed Licensee/Adviser transfers to ensure Advice fees were paid accordingly
· Dealt with Adviser inquiries daily to ensure they were addressed appropriately.
· Took on Workflow lead duties to provide statistics to the team and delegated work and responsibilities as required.
