Responsibilities

  • Streamlining the CFO's daily schedule by expertly managing appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Timely submission of expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements by meticulously tracking all financial transactions related to the CFO''s office.
  • Supporting the financial team with accurate document preparation for board meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordination of cross-departmental communication, fostering collaboration between finance teams and other business units.

  • Led the Corporate Office relocation project condensing 2 floors to 1, relocating all staff with minimum disruption to 'business as usual'.
