Summary

I have diverse knowledge in providing antenatal, labour/ birth and postnatal care for mothers as I have been fortunate to have been working in a caseload role for almost two years. Over the past two years I have case managed over 200 women and dealt with birth trauma, and complex social and medical issues. I aim to provide holistic, informed woman-centred care to mothers. I have a strong passion for Continuity of Care models in Midwifery as research shows women have better pregnancy and birth outcomes. I am a hardworking and passionate midwife and always willing to learn. I am a team player which allows me to work collaboratively with staff members which is pivotal in this role. I have an ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and seek assistance when something is outside my scope of practice. Again, I would be honoured to be accepted into this agency.
