  • Attendance of PBI Stand Ups to discuss PBIs’ and PCRs for consideration and when timelines for design will be completed
  • Allocated PBI’s to testers and updated excel spreadsheets of when they would commence test case preparation
  • Kept Excel test case preparation numbers up to date so Test Manager could report on them weekly to stakeholders

  • Monitoring test case review to ensure that the testers checked for test coverage, test case standards, test case priority, target cycle, E2E for the PBI if needed, accessibility tests added and changed from design to ready status
  • Scheduled and ran walkthroughs to introduce testers who would showcase the test cases they covered for each PBI they had worked on to developers and designers and project managers
  • Monitor test execution progress to ensure we have evidence to support our pass results and once the outcome is Passed the status has been changed to Closed status and any test cases also blocked by a P1 was failed and linked to the P1 for reporting purposes
  • Monitor our test case execution rates to ensure our daily execution numbers were met and moved team members around depending on priority
  • Created a contact list to support the bugs that were raised and who they would need to be assigned to for remediation
  • Monitor our bug queues to ensure bugs raised complied with our criteria e.g. title, area, path, iteration path, steps to replicate, appropriate screenshots and the priority and severity
