· Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed participants

· Provide ongoing assistance to resolve any challenges during the initial phases of employment

· Act as a mediator between participant and employer to resolve any post placement issues

· Address concerns related to job fit, work environment or any other challenges that may arise

· Implement effective solutions to ease potential conflicts and maintain positive relationships

· Monitor the performance and progress of participants

· Collaborate with participants to assess job satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement

· Obtain documentary evidence such as payslips, written statement for post placement support and ongoing support claim

· Proactively liaise with Claim team

· Lodge Claim in a timely manner

· Consistently adhere to Matchworks organisation policies and procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed in accordance with departmental guidelines and company standards

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to effectively manage the referral and intake process for participants entering DES Program with Matchworks
• Assess participants skills, experience, barriers to employment to develop tailored support strategies
• Deliver work preparation programs, including job search skills, resume writing, interview coaching and work experience placements
• Matching participants with suitable job opportunities and supporting them through the recruitment and hiring process
• Provide personalised career counselling and advice to participants, helping them identify goals, strengths and strategies for career advancement
• Reverse Market participants to potential employers aiming to secure sustainable employment opportunities that align with their skills and career goals
• Deliver work preparation programs, including job search skills, resume writing, interview coaching and work experience placements

Consistently adhere to Matchworks organisation policies and procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed in accordance with departmental guidelines and company standards
