Senior Program Officer – ECO – Sector and Community Readiness

  • In this role I led and facilitated sector consultations for workforce strategy.
  • I partnered with colleagues in other parts of Early Childhood Outcomes to strategically select services that met a range of target selection criteria.
  • I facilitated and built rapport with providers and services to ensure the consultation was successful in gaining sector environment and feedback on potential strategy to be delivered in reform to the sector.

Senior Governance and Reporting Officer – Project Management Role

  • In this role, I was responsible for all the reporting and governance of a $24 million dollar project for the Department of Education.
  • I was responsible for indirectly leading member to deliver a timely and on budget project, and ensuring reporting and appropriate governance for NSW legislation is complied with by the whole project.

  • Developed a ‘Boot Camp’ training and support programs for the team of Centre managers to move across to the systems that Affinity use.
