In my role as a Nursery Assistant, I was responsible for the safeguarding of infants and young children between the ages of 9 months and 4 years. My responsibilities included following daily routines, feeding, changing, and putting babies down for naps. I formed positive relationships with both the children and parents, and was able to identify developmental strengths and weaknesses, which allowed me to implement activities tailored to them to aid in social and emotional development.

As a Bartender/Barista my role centred on providing excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment. I prepared and served a variety of drinks, including cocktails and coffees, tailoring them to customer preferences to ensure a positive experience.

As a brewery bartender, I provided excellent customer service by guiding guests through the beer menu, offering tastings, and sharing knowledge about brewing processes and flavor profiles to enhance their experience. I prepared and served a variety of craft beers and specialty drinks while maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming bar environment.

As a Retail Assistant, I supported customers by answering product inquiries and helping them locate items in-store, while also operating the cash register, processing transactions, and handling payments efficiently. I maintained store presentation by stocking shelves, organising displays, and ensuring cleanliness on the sales floor to provide a safe shopping environment. My role also included monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages to management, and handling returns and exchanges in line with company policies.
