Rachel Wisniewski

Accomplished Front of House, Supervising and then Management role at Hoyts Cinemas, has allowed me the opportunity to extensively participate in a fast-paced quality customer service setting, perform to KPI's, work within a team environment and adhere to OHS requirements. My Management role allowed me to work in a team environment to create KPI's, set goals and coach and support groups of staff at any one time. In this role I was also fortunate to support customers in need, from complaints to complements or requirements that allowed them to enjoy their experience within our space was a rewarding part of my job.

As a classroom teacher I have been able to grow and achieve a lot. From this role I can bring a desire to learn, work with and problem solve with different devices and programs. Data entry, working in a team environment and adhering to health and safety were a daily occurrence. Attending to and communicating with parents was also a frequent occurrence and one at which I thoroughly enjoyed. Being able to share my passion with others and problem solve concerns or complaints was a great priority.

I am a mum now and have given all of my love and time to them. And after stopping work I have felt like I have lost a little part of me. I am an enthusiastic, hard worker that makes customer service my number one priority. My desire to work within your company comes from a love of your products. Country Road's style is on trend and quality is obvious. But it is also the feel you get when you walk into the store. From the aesthetics, the smell of the store and the greetings and demeanor of the staff that makes you feel at home.
